Cavitation Desalination System (CDS)
CDS is an innovative liquid processing solution utilizing the phenomenon of hydrodynamic supercavitation. The core of our process involves the formation of a stable cavity (cavitation bubble), where phase separation between liquid and vapor occurs. Our installation employs a completely new, previously unused type of heat exchange equipment — the cavitation condenser.
The physical mechanism is based on the formation of zones of low pressure caused by high-velocity flow over objects, leading to local boiling of the liquid without heat input. The design includes conical obstacle elements that create a stable cavity behind them.

CDS-based systems are a promising technology for demineralizing liquids, offering significant advantages over traditional methods. Their high process intensity, absence of scaling problems, and relatively low energy use make them competitive for various applications.
Further research should focus on optimizing the geometry of working elements, studying cavern stability under different operating modes, and developing methods to integrate CDS evaporators into comprehensive water treatment systems.
To accelerate the project, we are seeking partners to implement advanced research and conduct initial pilot tests in real-world conditions.
